Hello @kathybrj, good to see you again. In this case I believed the issue is that your tracker is not syncing, as I can see on your Community profile you havea tracker paired. @kathybrj, may i ask if your using the Fitbit app to setup your Flex? Trying to connect it to the phones bluetooth will not set it up and will give a message of "Rejected by Flex" everytime.
