I have a new Android A14 phone. It can't find my Charge 5 for a Bluetooth connection. How do I pair it?

Hi @DeAZ - if the watch is paired with another phone turn of the Bluetooth and restart the Charge 5 and A14.

Then in the Fitbit App, click profile photo and "+Set up a Device"

Thank you for the help, Guy. What I did was leave the phone charging all night, then this morning I was able to connect it this morning. I think maybe the phone was still setting up and needed to be left idle for a while.
