Pairing rejected by One

I have had issues with the Fitbit app on my Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.  My Fitbit One still shows up in the Fitbit app with a manual sync and it shows up on web based browser.  It is just not a paired device on my phone any longer. This is preventing the phone/app from showing my current steps and telling me when I have reached my daily steps, alerting me to challenges, etc. without me having to open the app and do a manual sync.   When I search supported devices on fitbit.com/devices the Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is not listed - is that the problem?  Thanks for any help!

@ktruslow Yes, the S7 Edge is currently not a supported device, which explains why you're running into issues with syncing your One. I recommend using a different supported mobile device or using a computer with the accompanied wireless USB sync dongle.
