Extremely frustrated! I've bought a fitbit for my dad and despite setting up an account online it wont let me sign in on the android app. I have also tried numerous times to set up different accounts but it wont let me sign in because it will not send me the verification emails in my inbox. It looks like loads of people have had this issue and I dont see the resolution

Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.
