i cant get any emails from fitbit.com and i dont know why. because of that, i cant reset my password, or change my email adress.

 

any suggestions?

Sorry you're having problems, @Olbrecht. Have you checked your SPAM folders for the Fitbit emails?  If you have, you should probably contact Support. They should be able to help you.
