I would like to use this graph to monitor my cardio score but I would like to get validation of my understanding of the data it shows.
1. Is this a graph of my Acute to Chronic Workout Ratio? (Last seven days' average Cardio Load divided by my last 28 days average Cardio Load.) The data will help me avoid injury caused by over raining or losing fitness by under training.
2, The Last 28 days' average cardio load is an exponential value (Exponentially Weighted Moving Average)
3, The graph itself represents the range of ratio values, The center of the graph is 1. The two center bars are the "sweet spot", 0.8 to 1.30.
4. The outer two bars are out of the sweet spot but less than the danger zones (at risk of under training or over training) 0.8 to 1.50
5. The ends of the bars are <0.8 or >1.5 -- under training or over training
6. The dot is my current 7-day average
7. My daily Cardio Load target is a recommended intensity to bring my 7 day average into the sweet spot.
