Are you not seeing the steps in your Fitbit or in the Fitbit app?
If it's your Fitbit, the first troubleshooting step to try is to restart your device. Please let us know which one you have so we can provide the restart instructions, if you need them.
If you're not seeing steps in the Fitbit app, then it seems you are having problems syncing your device with the app. If this is your issue, please click on the link for: Why won't my Fitbit sync?

I am using my Android phone in that in app Fitbit application... in that my phone is not in sync with app..
