This is a joke right Fitbit? You have simple tasks, track our steps, overtime, fail? About to move onto Garmin and this is after six years of being a loyal customer. What is the eta here, I have a ticket on file with you all and am waiting for my 194K week to show up as my all-time best. Get this moving Fitbit, your losing customers and stock value!

I agree. my other biggest gripe is still after all these years not allowing us to change the hourly reminder goal. 250 is fine as an option but 250 an hour wont get anyone near 10,000 steps. I wish they'd let us customize it for our own needs. and my personal best hasnt updated in 2 years 😞

I have a case number with your support team, I haven’t heard anything back, been about a week?? This issues been plaguing people from multiple years, it’s actually again very concerning and utterly disrespectful to the consumers of this product. I’m going to give you guys a couple more weeks before I switch to one of your competitors!
