I ran my fastest 5k last week, but my personal best in the Fitbit app is still showing a time from December of last year. It hasn't updated since then.
I have spoken to Fitbit support, but all they do is tell me to restart and reinstall the app over and over. In their newest email they said that app update 4.46 might fix my issue, but couldn't tell me how (I've been having this problem for months and countless app updates in the meantime).
There are threads in this forum from all the way back to 2016 and the most recent one from March of this year with people having the same problem. It looks like this has never been solved. It's been ALMOST TEN YEARS, how does this feature still not work correctly?
I'm immensely disappointed. If it's a feature in the app (the same app that has a paid subscription available), it should work. Getting the runaround from support (bots) already knowing that they won't give me a solution is so frustrating. At this point, even if the problem is fixed in the future, I am not going to continue using any Fitbit products specifically because of this.
