I can't get my Samsung Galaxy grand prime to sinc?!?!

Welcome to the Fitbit Community @StacyRae. I'm afraid the Samsung Galaxy grand prime is actually not part of the list of mobile devices supported by Fitbit. The engineering team is constantly working to add more devices. I would recommend check on a later date if your phone is supported.

 

In the meantime, you can set up your tracker with a computer or another mobile device.
