Phone keeps closing ,nexus 5x since paired with charge 2

Since I paired nexus 5x with new charge 2 my phone keeps closing then awhile later restarting. Any thoughts anyone??

Hello @Muffin1959, let me give you a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! Certainly this is not a normal behavior. I'm wondering if you have tried to remove the Fitbit app to see if your phone keep closing and restarting?

 

Also under which circumstances your phone is closing and restarting, are you doing any action in specific within the Fitbit app?

 

In the meantime we can try the directions from this post. The scenario is different but the steps can apply in your case.
