Phone lock screen

Hi everyone!

I bought my fitbit today and I set it as a trusted device and now my phone will not lock. It gives me peace of mind to know my phone is locked, and I have tried to go into my phone settings and turn off my smart lock but it does not work. Now my phone is always unlocked and I would like to remove my fitbit from the trusted devices. Any suggestions?

Thanks

Hello @Analyssa! Great to have you on the Community.

That's very odd. Letting the tracker be a trusted device shouldn't interfere with the phone's locking capability. You can try to delete the tracker from your phone's Bluetooth settings:

1. Access the Bluetooth options on your phone.

2. Look for your Fitbit and delete it.

Perhaps doing that can resolve the issue.

I'd also like to ask you some questions:

- What mobile device are you using?

- What happened whenever you press the lock button?

Look forward to your reply so that I can determine the best way to move forward.
