Phone not registering steps

App claims it has just synced but steps not registering - although visible on fitbit

Hi @Karenqs

 

Feel free restarting the tracker:

 

Restart the tracker

Optionally log out from the fitbit app & login again.

 

When desired the fitbit app cache can be cleared on the phone, this sometimes can be done if a issue occurs in a app not working properly.

 

The app recreates the cache automatically..
