Phone notifications don't vibrate or make a sound

Hi. I have a charge 4 with a Samsung galaxy s20 phone. Notifications are working fine on my watch but they do not alert me on my phone at the sane time. If I get a txt only the charge works and the phone does not vibrate or make a sound. Also have a GPS app on my phone which does not speak now since I added my charge. Please can you help?

@dp100 Hi there. Thank you for the details shared. 

 

You may want to double check that your phone isn't in Do Not Disturb mode, this could be the reason why the notifications aren't vibrating. For additional troubleshooting, please contact your phone provider. 

 

In regards to the GPS app that isn't speaking, please check that the settings are properly set, if they're but it's still not working as expected, contact the app developer.
