Phone restart required to enable notifications message

Been reading about this problem online and apparently it's fixed! Keep getting message phone restart required to enable . This  doesn't work any suggestions?

I appreciate the information that was shared with me in your post. To better assist you, can you please let me know which Android mobile device you're currently using? Also, which Fitbit device? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured in order to receive notifications.

It is huawawei psmart and Fitbit charge 3. I know how to sync them as this
was working. Following update it doesn't!

Fitbit charge 3 and Huawei psmart. I have tried all help suggestions and it had been working.

 

Edit: And no it isn't an accepted solution! Don't know how this forum decided it was!!
