Purchased versa2 a couple of weeks ago, have latest update. Frequently having to uninstall and reinstall the app on my phone to receive notifications on tracker atleast every other day. In the app says a phone restart is required which I do but never works! Iv seen others report this problem a while back and they said to clear cache and data and uninstall and reinstall app but it's getting really frustrating having to do so so often 😣

I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

Thank you for your response. I have a Huawei p30 lite. App is all set up to receive notifications like I said I'll receive them for a day or two then nothing and the red warning message in app shows saying to restart. The only thing that ever works is uninstalling Fitbit completely and reinstall

Same problem here. My versa 2 has most recent update as does my Redmi Note 8 Pro. Furthermore all my App notification settings are applied correctly. It's really frustrating that a premium product does not work as it should.

I have exactly the same issue. I've just bought the charge 3 and receive the same red warning instructions. I also have the P30 lite, which has been away for repair and is totally up to date. So frustrating
