The text notifications on my fitbit alta hr, I have a android, keep turning off. It says my phone requires a restart. I've re installed and restarted my phone, fitbit and the texts notifications several times. 

Can someone please help?

I would like you to confirm the message you're receiving is "notification service not running. A phone is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker".
