Phone wont find device

Ive tried resetting and redownloading app and Bluetooth works with other devices. My phone will not find my firbit. So annoying

A warm welcome to the Community @Jluckey. If your tracker is not connecting with your phone, I recommend checking if  your phones is a compatible mobile device. If is not on the list that means that your phone is not compatible and it won't be able to sync with your tracker. If it is on the list, try the syncing troubleshoot

I have the same problem.  Over and over.  If I install and reinstall the app it works fine for a day or so,  then stops again... and again... its freaking ridiculous that the app continually stops being able to find my tracker.
