Pixel 3 Notification issues

Hi all,

I have Pixel 3, first off. I  had an Ionic and it stopped receiving notifications one day. It still synced and worked fine otherwise, but no notifications. I went through all the troubleshooting steps multiple times with no luck. I lived like this for months and then decided to get a new device. My Versa arrived yesterday and low and behold, it doesn't receive notifications either. So clearly this is a Pixel 3 issue. Has anyone had this issue and fixed it? Is there any reason I shouldn't send the Versa back and just live with my Ionic again?

Thanks for bringing this up and trying all of those steps to get it to work.

In this case I'd like to recommend that you try to start the connection from scratch and verify if that helps. You can do so by following these steps:

1. Go into the Bluetooth settings on your Pixel 3.
2. There, look for any Fitbit devices that might show as paired.
3. Remove all of the Fitbit devices that are paired to your phone.
4. Then try to set up notifications with your Versa once again.
