We recently received a new Fitbit Charge 4. We have synced it to my iPhone BUT our Pixel 3a is constantly pinging and asking us to set it up the new Charge. How do we get this to stop? Thanking everyone in advance for any and all help.

Hi @Windsortenor has your Charge 4 been setup to your Fitbit account through the iPhone? If so when you log into your fitbit account through the android phone, you will be asked to approve a few permissions.
Please remember due to bluetooth limitations, if the iPhone is nearby you will have to turn its bluetooth off.
