Pixel 8 pro not receiving notifications from the Fitbit app

Good evening.

I have noticed that the fitbit app does not send notifications at all on the pixel 8 pro Its notifications like you are close to completing the weekly goal and everything else.On other android devices it is fine daily notifications only on the pixel 8 pro it does not come.It means that I have everything set up to work properly. Is there a bug in the app or the phone? Thanks

@Gr4ndp4 Thanks for your input. Note that  @eddiedimitris means the alerts coming directly from the app. These are not related to the Fitbit device. 

@eddiedimitris Welcome to the forums. Thanks for reaching out about the Fitbit app notifications on your Pixel 8 pro. I will gladly help you with that. 

Please note that there are settings for these alerts. Make sure that these are activated. Open the Fitbit app and on the top right corner, tap on the gear icon. Then tap on "notifications". There you find a list of alerts you shall receive from the Fitbit app on your phone. Make sure to toggle them on.

First of all, thank you for the answers. I have the charge 6, but this does not play a role. I am referring to the fact that the notifications of the app do not come on the mobile phone. For example, the notification does not come that I have achieved the steps of the day or that I have already done 3 out of 5 workouts of week.

Because I have several mobile phones, the problem occurs on pixel 8 pro and xperia 1 vi... On the contrary, it does not occur to me with s24 ultra... All notifications are active... It has nothing to do with the settings from me.. it seems that the problem exists with devices whose operating system is very close to the pixel.. Try to solve it, it is very annoying. Thank you
