Is there a limit in what HRV can be tracked? My lowest HRV that has been tracked was 143 an 149, while I got bad sleep. And it makes me wonder if 150 is the max it can track.
I use Pixel Watch 3

I was unable to find any documentation regarding the HRV measurement limits, but the Google AI overview suggests that it does:
"While Fitbit doesn't publicly list specific HRV measurement limits, a normal HRV range for adults is generally considered to be between 20 and 200 milliseconds, and Fitbit devices are capable of measuring and displaying HRV values within this range."
However, I recently had a HRV measurement of 11, so I know that it can measure lower than 20 mS.

Mine has been as low as 9. Mine is usually between 11 and 40. It makes sense that there might be an upper limit and not a lower.
I hope this helps and have a Terrific day!
