Pixel phones-(Android 15) Recent/Frequent food have their tops cropped off at the top of the screen.

I'm sure 4.29 solved some problems, however it introduced a new problem.  When in the food selection both the Recent and Frequent have their tops cropped off at the top of the screen.  Same thing happens when you want to add calories to the top numeric entry field which is cutoff.  

One has to wonder about all these updates but never getting very far. 

43 days later I finally get this issued resolved for me.  Never mind the myriad of previous problems and those that others are reportedly still exist.  During this long wait there has been no comments from Google, even the Moderators have nothing meaningful to communicate. Google has lost my loyalty and respect for treating customers this way.  I for one will not be renewing my Premium subscription.  I got tired of waiting and I am using Cronometer.  I regret buying the PW3 and my Pixel 9 XL Pro.

I was hoping that 4.30 would fix this but no, it didn't. I also realized I can't add custom food, option is not there anymore. I did the usual stuff, log out, cleared data, restarted phone, logged in. No luck. I will resort to downloading an earlier version

Looking at the info posted here. I assume that you all have a Pixel phone, even those of you who didn't answer with the needed info . 

Our team has recognized that the Pixel phones are affected by this. 
They are working on a solution for this.

Same here on Pixel 9 Pro XL. Really hinders my ability to use the app if I can't even add the custom foods or quick calories. Or if I can't even see the most recent foods. I hope this gets fixed soon.

I'm on Pixel 8 and have the latest security update as well as the latest OS Android 15. This is not happening on my Samsung tablet. I have removed the app, cleared the cache and storage but that has not solved the issue.

In case anyone else is really struggling, MyFitnessPal is doing a free trial right now. It can connect to Fitbit and sync food you enter. It isn't great, but it is at least a free option while this gets fixed so you can at least track calories. Macronutrients aren't getting synced properly this way but you should at least be able to log your food into Fitbit.

How can I please go back to the old version of the app? I really dislike the update and the functionality of it is so terrible. I update everything all the time and I’m not one who can’t adjust, but this is the worst update I’ve ever experienced

How can we install the older, working version of the app? Nutrition/Food section is totally unusable in Pixel-phones in this version and has been for a week. Not a good PR for Pixel-products.

And please, test your app updates in Pixel phones before making them public!

I'm on a Google Pixel 7. Has anyone else run into an issue on the app the past few days were they go into the food section and the top of each page wont load? Like, it seems as though I need to scroll higher on the page, but it literally hits a ceiling before reaching the top? It's been making it almost impossible to search for food to add, because the top search result is often what I want and it's part of the cut off section.

I just started getting that issue today. It was fine this morning, then my phone updated to Android 15 (I have a Pixel 9 so it does that) and I had that issue. I tried reinstalling the app - no improvement. It doesn't need an update (I checked.) I am just as puzzled as you. It's so annoying as I can't add custom foods either, so home cooked meals can't be added. I can't record today's calories properly as a result.

I updated to Android 15 and that is when the issue started. I have a Pixel 9 as well.
