Pixel watch 2 cannot sync with fitbit app

Hi all. Maybe someone can help.

Month ago my pixel 2 watch stopped to  sync with fitbit app on my Sams s21. Notifications and other things are ok. I've reinstalled everything and reset watch but nothing works.

Hi there @Al_Kalen!

A warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Thank you so much for sharing with us that your Google Pixel Watch 2 stopped syncing with the Fitbit app. Thanks for your efforts too!

Please try to do the following:

  • First make sure that:
    • Your watch shows as "Connected" on the home screen in the Google Pixel Watch app.
    • From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, your name appears in the greetings section.
    • Your watch is connected to Bluetooth, cellular data (LTE), or Wi-Fi.
    • Your phone is connected to cellular data (LTE) or Wi-Fi.
    • The Bluetooth setting on your phone is turned on. To check, open the Settings app on your phone. Tap Connected devices > Connection preferences > Bluetooth.
    • Your watch is connected to the Fitbit App on your phone. From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap Devices . Google Pixel Watch should appear in the list of devices connected to Fitbit.
    • The Fitbit app on your watch is up-to-date.
      • Press the crown, swipe up to the Play Store app , and tap the app to open it.
      • Swipe up and near the very bottom, tap Manage apps Update all.
      • To check for system updates, refer to Check for updates.
    • The Fitbit app on your phone is up-to-date.
    • Your phone is running the latest Android OS. To check, open the Settings app on your phone > About Phone or About Device > Android Version. To confirm that your phone is running a supported version of Android OS, refer to Fitbit-compatible devices.
    • Your watch is charged.
  • If you checked all your settings and your watch still doesn’t sync with the Fitbit app, continue to the next step.
    • Step 2: Restart your phone
    • After your phone restarts, open the Fitbit app and try to sync your Google Pixel Watch 2. If it doesn’t sync, continue to the next step.
    • Step 3: Reinstall the Fitbit app, and clear your settings
    • Reopen the Fitbit app after each step to check if your watch syncs.
    • Uninstall and reinstall the Fitbit app on your phone.
    • Remove all other Fitbit devices from your Fitbit account and from the list of connected Bluetooth devices on your phone.

It doesn't help. Everything is up to date. And watch works with google watch app. I'm receiving notifications, calls, can install and use apps etc. The only things doesn't work completely are fitbit apps. On the phone it doesn't sync. My watch when I try to execute any fitbit app asks me different things ECG asks to login and continue on the phone but nothing happen on the phone, fitbit exercise and fitbit today just hang.
