I purchased a Pixel Watch 2 on sale this week. If I had been aware of this known issue I would not have. It is completely unacceptable that this is still not fixed. None of the data from the watch syncs accurately to my phone. Steps, heart rate, calories burned in a workout, distance, sleep duration, etc. Essentially this makes Fitbit unusable. I am running the latest updates. What is the solution?

This help page (<-- click) has the recommended troubleshooting steps to get your Pixel Watch syncing with the Fitbit app.
If the recommended troubleshooting doesn't work, one more thing that you can try is removing the Pixel Watch from the Fitbit app, then add it back to the app.
