Pixel watch - football run splits don't match total

Hello,

 

I have a Pixel watch and FitBit premium which I have been using when playing 5 a side football (replacing old Garmin watch)

 

I am finding very large inconsistencies between the total distance recorded and what the split times show. These can be nearly 1km or so out 

 

See below for particularly bad example where it is out by almost 1.5km.
