Hello not sure if this is where I post this but I cannot find any help anywhere...
4 days ago I deleted my fitbit account- I have been trying to log back in from my app ,my phone ,my computer and I even try to reset my password but won't allow me.
It pops up saying "were sorry, something has gone wrong...

If you did delete the account, you have 7 days to change your mind.
Hey yes it was 1 day after I deleted it that I tried to get back on and I couldn't and still cant..I just gave up lol
I deleted my first account because I had way to many people that had no activity and I was having a hard time deleting them.
Best AnswerHi it was within the 7days and I couldn't get into my account..I had try everything from uninstalling apps and updating my Fitbit.
I had to many friend that had no activity ..I try to delete some and it wouldn't delete..🤷:female_sign:
