Post-workout details do not show up.

Didn't know how to properly word it on the title, so now I'll go into further details:

I don't have any FitBit device (planning to get one!), so I use my phone to track exercise, via the small "+clock" icon. Here's the issue... once I'm done either walking or jogging, after holding my finger on the "Finish" button, the app is supposed to show me the map and all the details regarding my distance, calories burnt, etc, yet nothing is shown. The screen stays white, loads "infinitely" (30+ minutes was my longest attempt), and, what's worse, if I go back to the dashboard, no exercise is logged at all.

This doesn't happen everytime; yet, out of my past logs, 7 out of 10 did not work.

I tried to log out, clear the cache, reinstall, but still, once I'm done with my exercise, screen stays white, and nothing is logged.

A very warm welcome to the Forums @Albys.

That sounds very bothersome, thanks for troubleshooting on your own though!

The first thing I'd like to check is whether your mobile device is compatible or not. Check our compatibility list to verify if your phone shows up. If it doesn't, then that would explain the inconsistency. Unsupported device might have compatibility issues with the app and thus we cannot guarantee that they will work correctly.

If it is compatible, please let me now its model and the Android version you are running. Additionally, if you could take some screen shots of what you see, it would be great!

Look forward to your reply.

Thank you for your answer! Here are the screenshots about the issue. In any case: you were right, my phone actually isn't compatible! I own a OnePlus 3T, which isn't listed.

Hey @Albys.

Thanks for checking and for sharing the pictures and info.

That explains it. Since the phone is not compatible we cannot guarantee the functionality. These things can happen because the app is not fully optimized to work with that phone.

Let me know if you have any further questions.

I have the same problem as well I walked about 5km today and I manually logged in the track exercise mode on my phone's app. The gps was on. After logging out manually again the walk map and all the details didn't not even update on my dashboard 😢😢.  I had to manually log in the exercise. This doesn't happen often.

Hey @Winni2018! Welcome to the Forums.

That sounds very odd.

Is the phone that you are using compatible? If it isn't compatible then that could lead to inconsistencies in the way the app works.

Additionally, does your phone have good reception through the whole route you took? If it lose reception or internet connection it could lead to the walk being ended and not logged at all.

Look forward to your reply.
