Premium membership not showing after reinstalling the Fitbit app

Had to reinstall fitbit and I lost my data and my premium also. I paid for it but can't use it. How do I get it all back

Your premium membership is linked to your Fitbit account that should use the same email address. If you don't see a premium membership then it most likely that you used a different email address. Please check this and log into the correct account so you can see your premium membership. You can check the email you are currently using on your Fitbit app by tapping the account button (top left corner) then scroll down tap Account Settings and finally Change Email.

You are right it was a mixup in login id. Only that I when I asked to try premium I was under the ID of 

and some how because when I first started Fitbit long time ago under some one put the premium on it so I would never see it using

I called the person on the phone said I was on the wrong id now I have Premium under m old account I have lost all data

I am disappointed
