HELP!! I have had a new Fitbit Aria for 2 months and haven't been able to connect it to my Android or computer..
I have been in contact with Fitbit help soooooo many times and still not happening..
it suggests to connect to Aria WIFI which I do but there is no internet connection with this. so not able to go any further.. it also says once you connect to that to reconnect to your home WIFI which I also do... it tries to connect but never does.
So fed up and feel I have wasted money on this item.

Hi
Make sure the router is set to use mixed mode to allow for the required 802.11b connection, also The Aria does only support 2.4ghz frequency, not 5ghz.
