Profile picture won't update

Hello,

I am trying to upload a profile picture but is not uploading successfully. No error is showing.

Hi there, @Irena23. Thanks for stopping by in the Community Forums. 

To better assist you, please confirm whether you've tried the following steps to update your profile picture:

1. Tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. Tap the tile with your name.
3. Tap or click the camera icon next to your current profile picture (tap the gear icon Profile Photo on Android).
4. Take a new photo or choose an existing photo. In Fitbit child accounts, choose an avatar.
5. Save your photo.

Reinstalling Fitbit app and restarting phone made it work!!

Or in my case getting a new phone. For some phones the app doesn't seem to work well.
