Question about Heart Rate Line Graph

I'm not sure what the heart rate line graph is trying to convey. See attached screenshot. The bar graph correctly indicates I worked out 31 minutes on the treadmill. So why does the line graph show my heart rate for 42 minutes?Screenshot_20190625-130152_Fitbit.jpg

Welcome to the Forums @snixdad.

Thanks for taking the time to bring this up and sharing that screenshot of the activity.

My recommendation in this case would be that you try to log out of your account and then log back in. That should force all data from the servers will be reloaded and start displaying correctly. Be sure to do so from all ends in which you are logged in to.

Keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions on the matter.

That did not help at all. The problem persists. Today, I did a 29 minute workout on the stairs machine and Fitbit displays a 35 minute heart rate graph.Screenshot_20190627-112346_Fitbit.jpg

Hello @snixdad.

Thanks for trying that and letting me know that it happened again.

Let's try uninstalling the app and then installing it again to make sure that everything has been installed properly. Then try checking if the activities still show the same.

If that doesn't work please share the following information:

  • What phone is it that you are using?
  • What app version are you currently running?
  • What Android version is your phone running?
  • When did this start happening?

Please keep me posted on how it goes or if you have any other questions on the matter.
