Same thing is happening with me this morning with my Charge HR and Android App. Both of us on the same day makes me think it is a glitch with the App and not an individual problem. Hopefully Fitbitb will rectify the problem.

I have an hour that I reached all my steps, which shows on my FitBit Charge 2 but not on my Dashboard. Maybe a glitch? Anyone know how to fix it?

This is not a synching problem - if that was the case our Apps would not be showing any data. But people are reporting that the App is showing kilometres travelled, minutes of activity, sleep hours, heartrate, etc.It is just the number of steps and calories burned that aren't showing up. I noticed it firstly this morning after an automatic update of the App. And there are alot of people experiencing this problem as of this morning and logging it under various headings of this community board.
As such, it must be a problem with the App and Fitbit need to investigate ad rectify.

So my alta hr will not display steps and calories in real time;however, it shows distance and time...it will show up tomorrow though?!
Any ideas or suggestions...I've done restart and app uninstall/reinstall but nothing helped.

Mine is not showing steps, calories, activity or heart rate. But if click on each one if these things and go to the graph and click on the day it shows. So it's counting everything, just can't see it on the first page. Just frustrating.

I started having the same issue with my charge 2 paired to an LG k20 with the most recent update. Everything was working perfectly until the updates this week. The minutes awake will show up once I tap on the sleep tile and then back to the dashboard. The live heart rate, unfortunately, hasn't worked at all. Also running version 2.76

My samsung S8 updated fitbit apps this morning. Since then the dashboard shows 0 Steps even after I sync. Other parameters are normal except steps. But when I click the 'steps' it shows the details and my steps are 6,730. So it's synced but why this steps does not shown in the dashboard?

Since updating my heart rate does not sync or even show up in my app

Same problem here on Android app - interestingly the Alta HR shows the correct steps, the summary dashboard shows zero steps but if you then select the zero steps to look at this week and then select the zero steps line again to look at the daily steps in detail - it correctly shows the step count that matches the fitbit!!
And as per previous comments the data eventually arrives correct on the summary dashboard around about midnight - as if some overnight process has run?

So today my app is showing 0 steps, despite my Versa showing the steps I've done and when I log onto my computer that dashboard is showing steps, I've deleted app deleted device from Bluetooth, reset device, re-installed app but still showing 0 steps not sure what else to do.

I've downgraded to 2.75, all is working fine now. I will stay on 2.75 until its confirmed the issue has been fixed.

I have no idea! But try uninstalling the app and reinstall it, log back in and see if the steps have appeared on the dashboard. Let us know

Lol - I have no idea! I have just told another poster to uninstall and reinstall for the same problem, but that hasn't worked for you. I think it must be something at the Fitbit end, so I doubt you can fix it on your end.
