Another "update" with additional items broken... Now, with the failure of the Android app to pickup steps and heart rate ANOTHER big headache to deal with... three days since we have heard from Fitbit.... OBVIOUSLY, the issue was the 2.76.1 "update"...way don't they roll the android software back until they fix the issue... Another thing I noticed...since the Android app can't pick up real time heart rate anymore, the sleep tracking app doesn't work either... says I was awake 185 minutes last night...really??? I was awake over three hours??? wow... My Charge 2 was a decent piece of equipment, but one issue after another and another with the Android app... who is writing this software???

I have a charge 2 and it is the same. I just did a reset on it. I at first thought it was my scale that maybe I did something wrong when I synced my scale to it. Also, it seems a few times I have to sync it cause it will show 0 steps and 0 calories. Does anyone else notice that? It also when I have the app on it won't do the steps live.

See https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Android-App/Fitbit-App-version-2-76-steps-calories-reverting-to-zero... for latest info.
It is a know problem with the latest Android update. Apparently it is still updating the Fitbit database as can be seen by looking at the fitbit.com dashboard, so at least the data is not getting lost.

Same problem here. Just started today for some reason.
Also have issue where the "Adventures" when I tap a diamond it just shows a blank screen and a bar to tap. As long as not a question or challenge it grabs the diamond. if multiple choice question or challenge that uses a timer I have to reboot the phone to get it to work. If lucky I can get all the stars before problem starts again. if unlucky I have to reboot after each star!!!
I even factory reset the phone (as had other issues starting) and it is still doing it! Fresh install on fresh OS!
0 Steps... sync and steps appear.. then 0 steps again... Also diamond issue..

It worked! Thank you! Now if I could just get my emails, texts, calls, etc to work again I'd be back to what I wanted when I purchased the product. Thank you again.

Same issue as others steps aren't showing on dashboard. Recently updates to Pie OS. Not sure if this would have any correlation Seemed to happen about the same time as my OS update Thanks!

Same issue ! I contact someone by Facebook.
,,Our team is working hard to have a fix for this as soon as possible. Thanks for your understanding!''
Hopefully they gonna fix the problem soon. I'm a owner of Flex2. But since Saturday I have a problem with my app. I've done a 10k walk on Saturday, and couldn't see any steps on my app. It shows zero steps. If you press,, steps'' and go forward, you can see how many I've done, but if you go bact to dashboard, it still shows 0 steps. I was looking for any information, and found that I have to restart my fitbit. I've followed the instructions, but there's no changes. Today I have a same problem. I can't see any steps on my app, if I go back to my yesterday dashboard, I can finally see all steps added.
😞

Just to add I have been having the exact same problem and been searching for a solution for days. Tried restarting app and tracker with no joy.
If it is a bug I hope it gets sorted soon!

Yesterday I tried un-installing and re-installing the app. Like other people have found, this temporarily meant that everything displayed as expected, with steps and calories showing in the main dashboard. However, this morning it has gone back to showing 0 cals and 0 steps, but distance has updated.
