My Fitbit One is showing 9500 steps.
When I sync to my Galaxy A3, it picks up that Fitbit, updates Floors, distance and Active minutes.
Steps and Calories stay at 0.
I have reset the Fitbit 3 times - No change
I have cleared the app cache - No change
I have unpaired the Fitbit with the app, and re-paired it - No change
I have uninstalled / reinstalled the app - No change
I have rebooted the phone - No change.
The phone has the latest updates on it.
If I click on the steps tile, today shows 0
If I click on today, it shows the correct steps.
If I look on a web browser, it shows correct
I don't know what else to do

I am having the same problem for the last few days and thought it was the phone app; tried closing all apps and restarting my phone. Don't bring my charging cable with me to work, so will try a restart when I get home tonight. (Posting this reply so I get notified of any other suggestions/comments on this issue.)

I've reverted back to v2.68 while this issue is being resolved, and I'm not going to allow the Fitbit app to auto-update in the future. I find it a bit strange that the 8/9 update had not been rolled back after such a major loss of functionality. It basically renders the fitbit app completely useless for anyone who uses it to actively monitor their heart-rate/steps during workouts.

I have the same problem, also current heart rate doesn't show anymore, just the resting heart rate. Please fix soon I use this everyday at the gym. Fitbit seems to have a lot of problems every time it does an update on something. Really getting tired of wasting hours trying to fix this stuff all the time.

Whenever your app does something weird or malfunctions it is nearly always a fitbit update that's the cause. Either that or they can't get their app. to work with your phone. Yes fitbit, the onus is on you to sort out your app. and provide the service we pay for.

Same here. I noticed that I used to see my heart rate in real-time, but that's no longer the case. Is anyone else experiencing the same issues?

So is this a new thing with FitBit? I have the same problem. Luckily, it is still counting. But I do need to see my steps in the circle.

I've followed the instructions to revert to the older app, so thank you RodEarly for that. I hadn't even realised until I checked my phone that all my devices were set to auto update, so that would explain why none of my phones or iPod are currently working properly. Seems to be working fine now so I'm just going to wait until it's sorted before I do any more updates!

After numerous attempts I have managed to get my flex 2 to sync, it's showing 4.7 miles but no steps. Any suggestions ? Thanks

Now my app is saying location has to be on to even sync even if I am just walking around my house. This is on top of no real time stats and steps going to 0 when trying to sync.
