How often do we get notifications on our Fitbit needing an update during it's charging?

Get Outlook for Android
I know we shouldn t have to, but some others were saying they weren't wearing them as it wasn't tracking when in fact it is, just not showing on the dashboard tile. It was just to say that it is still worth wearing if you want to keep an eye on your steps (even if it is a pain to see how many you've done)

When will the app be fixed? It has been a known problem for 3 days. How long is going to take Fitbit to fix the issue? It is very frustrating.
This is why I never upgrade your app. There is always a problem.

I'm having issues too on my Iphone. Never had a problem until a week or so ago, and it's now a daily challenge. Today I cannot sync it at all. I've turned off the phone, turned off Bluetooth, shut down the Ionic, etc etc. It just seems to be getting worse.

watch keeps resetting steps and calories to 0 after sync and no live heart rate anymore either.

My FitBit Ionic isn't syncing again to my iPhone 6S. I'm getting tired of having to restart my phone, ionic and also take the app off my phone and put it back on. Can you please help me get this fixed?

Why on earth would Fitbit still be allowing people to download a bug filled, faulty upgrade? Why not stop allowing the download until you FIX IT? The reviews on the App store are brutal. I just added mine to the list. Updating the app has ruined my happy experience with a Fitbit that I loved. I am now looking into other options.

All of the Exact Same here for the last couple days. I have the Fitbit Blaze and run the app on my Samsung Galaxy Note 8. My Blaze and online dashboard both are showing up to date data, but app on my phone "0 Steps"!! I have never had such a Major issue and would think they would be able to resolve quickly, or send an update to go back to the prior version of the app! This is the email I received from Fitbit yesterday (8-13-18) in response to my email......

I wanna know if they test the app and upgrades with a few users before releasing and rendering thousands of devices useless with each update? If not, it's something to consider as it's just bad form.

So not only is the Ionic not syncing but FB finally admitted that the Blaze is not syncing either. I guess it makes me feel "a little" better knowing that FB is looking into syncing issues across the board. Seems like a firmware issue for now that multiple trackers using the same app are not syncing.
Still tho. GET THIS FIXED!!!!!!!!
