Fitbit Update 8/9/18: Hi everyone. Thanks for taking the time to report this issue here on the Android forum. I've passed your reports along to our engineering team so they can begin investigating. That's not accurate. My watch is still syncing and it clearly says so on the app, yet no information is available for the last two days, whether it's online or by clicking on the tiles.

Apologies i was looking at yesterday's steps . My dashboard is still showing zero for steps and calories burnt 🤔

Thanks for the tip! It shows my stats for today now, but yesterday's are still nowhere to be found. No sleep data either for the last two days. But better than nothing I guess.

I haven't been able to get any data since Fri 8/17/18. It's all showing 0, and not syncing at all. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, tried the app, the online dashboard - NOTHING!

As of today, the web dashboard is not accurate. I called support and was told to perform a factory reset.
Has anyone else had success with correcting this issue via factory reset?
Waiting 2 weeks for a resolution is NOT acceptable. Especially now that I see others have had this issue for weeks.
Not cool.

Any update? My versa still isn't working correctly. I have updated the software turned off and on several times and even factory rest twice. This is a complete bummer. I loved my last fitbit so far not a fan of this versa.

My steps/calories/activities/HR aren't showing up at all, even when I click the empty/blank tiles on the home layout. The only thing that shows up when I click into the tiles is my sleep from last night. 😞

Hi my fitbit charge 2, hasn't synced with my phone, Samsung galaxy J3, for over a week; doent work if i click on the tiles. Tried resetting fitbit, Bluetooth., deleted and reinstalled the app. App is not installed on any other device. Deleted all other devices from Bluetooth. I've tried looking at my data on the web page, fitbit.com, but no joy with that either. Any ideas. Getting frustrated with this!!!!!!

When my Fitbit doesn't sync (which hasn't happened for awhile) I turn bluetooth off and then back on on the device I'm trying to sync with. If that doesn't work, do a reset as per instructions above and on support forum. If that doesn't work, give tech support a call. I have found them to be very helpful.

Just received an e-mail to pre-order a Charge 3. Lol! They can't make their current stuff work, why would I buy from them again?
It's been, what, 2 weeks now since they broke their current product.

Nope. My stats don't show on the Web app. Is there a fix for that while I'm waiting for the app to be fixed? The message says it looks like I haven't synced for a while.

Same problem with the sleep time as the steps. Hit or miss if it's going to show minutes awake on the app unless you click on it. Be nice to fix both issues. By the way, the steps don't show on the app even if you click in.

My steps and heart rate are not showing on my Ironic nor my Galaxy Note 8. Is this going to be fixed with the 2.76.1 patch thing?

Hi
Since day 1 I've had to force my fitbit versa too sync with my android phone and it usually takes several attempts, especially for sleep to show. However it's worse now. I realise the known issue you describe in this thread appears to apply to me, but despite following your advice I can't see my steps or sleep when I click through. I did >10k yesterday but the dashboard shows nothing, nor when I click. Same for sleep.
Am I missing something?
Also when it all comes back will my fitbit have stored the info for the days your system is down? I need to transfer the info to somewhere else so need to see the history.
Thanks

Just read lots of other posts re this issue.
This is totally unacceptable. I pay my bank less than I paid for this device, but can you imagine the outcry if online banking went down and they said we'd have to wait a fortnight?

Along with the other problems my stair climb has been much to high, even after doing a reset per your tech support

Is anyone else having a problem with data usage? Fitbit is sucking my battery dry and costing me a ton in data usage
