2.74 had that bug (data sucking and high battery use) make sure you install 2.74.2 if you roll back

Looks like I’m running the 2.76.1 should I change that. I have tried pretty much everything else other than running it over

It's been, what, 2 weeks now since they broke their current product.
The tracker want broken @Greyman, as you are aware that it is simply a bug that crept into the Android version of the Fitbit app .

Not getting any sleep data, no data stored anywhere from previous days and no activity tracking to view is what broken sounds like to me.
All I get right now is calories, steps, current heart rate, miles and floors. Only available on the watch to view and current day only. That SUCKS for a $250 watch.
The fact that a multi-million dollar company takes this long to fix this issue is mind boggling to me. Or that the issue even shows up.
Not to mention other problems I've had during my 2 month ownership of the Versa (draining phone battery, ridiculous data usage, sleep tracker working only every other night and super inaccurate when actually working, weird activity tracking when doing nothing, hard to sync, etc.)

With regards to the app. Mine doesn't sync under any circumstance, nor can I see the anything when clicking on the said tile.
You commented on the 9th August there would be an update within two weeks...….and posted again on the 16th August repeating there would be an update within two weeks!!!...NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!…..How much longer?...Do you even realise how many customers you are losing? Very disappointed..

Hi fueledbycoffee. How do I rollback? I'd appreciate if you (or anyone else) can tell us please.
Update: (21/08/2018 @ 11:25GMT):
After googling, I managed to rollback to 2.74.2 and got it back working. Happy days. I know this is not the right way to go about it but I rather have it working than long wait for the next release.

After I rolled back, I still have the history so, no, you wont lose it. 😉

I'm going to give this a go.
I've uninstalled the latest (dud) version, and found 2.72.4 at the place you suggested. However, there's several model suggestions to choose from and none of them is Versa. I picked one at random and it's hard to see my way through the ads and avoid inadvertently downloading something promoted, rather than the actual Fitbit app. Then there's an option about arched or not, and I don't understand.
Could I please ask your advice, as you've obviously made it through the woods?!

It's kind of a joke that this wasn't caught in the QA phase of the software development (or before!). How did no one notice this before it was released?

I managed it!
But it hasn't worked. Still the same - no data for the past couple of days and it won't sync. Actually it *says* it's synced, but nothing transferred.
I'm going to uninstall the device and add as new. What's done is done - I need this to be working moving forwards, more than in the past.

When I'm in my app and it's connected to my fitbit the step count does not change in the app while walking around but luckily counts on my fitbit so I have to constantly sync my app to see my accurate step count. Frustrating!

Hardware + software = product.
It's broken on my android phone. It's not broken on my iPad.
