Same problem as the others - I can see my steps if I view as a month, but get 0 steps and 0 calories in the main dashboard. Distance does record though

Just opened my phone to see another update pushed by Fitbit.
Closed and reopened to find fault still same.
Are they just blindly throwing out possible fixes before testing?
"Headless chicken" springs to mind

For some reason, the same version keeps popping up as an available update, there hasn't been an actual new version in several days.

My steps keep showing 0 on the dashboard. I reinstalled my fitbit app, changed my password, pulled down the icon to sync numerous times and its still not recording my steps to the dashboard.

That is a known problem, Frannie, with the latest App update and should be corrected soon. Meanwhile, the info at Fitbit.com should be correct after a sync.

I have have the same problem.
Step counter and calorie counter on the app both show zero. I have tried restarting the phone, restarting the fitbit, restarting bluetooth, and reinstalling the app. None of this works to fix the problem.
Some more detail of what I am experiencing:
There seems to be an error with how the app on the phone syncs with the fitbit, but not sure what causes it.
I am on an android (Nokia 6.1) fully updated.

Looks like a bug in the android app. Same issue since i updated and many comments on the google play store saying the same.
Obviously the quality control at fitbit is not great.
