@ErickFitbit thank you so much for making me aware I'm not the only one!

I'm also not able to change the watch face for my Alta from the android app (only via the dashboard) any help here?

I talked to tech support yesterday. I have a Samsung S6 and when I open the app calendar notifications are not an option.  I have call and text notifcations but not calendar notifications. I have set the call and text notifications and they are working great but for some reason calendar notifications are not even an option in the app.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have logged out and logged in.

I have set the default calendar to the calendar that was native to the phone.

I have set calendar notifications to on.

Still the app does not have the option to turn on calendar notifcations.

What is the issue here? This was one of the main reasons I chose the ALTA!!!!

@eplevin1 You're welcome! Do you not have the "Clock Display" option in your settings? Or does it not sync over once you've selected a display?

@crysstorm Thanks for reaching out to us and attempting to troubleshoot the issue. I recommend checking out my previous post for more information and updates as I get them.
