I have a Razer Phone, and I've been looking into getting a wrist-based notifier. Does the Charge 2 send notifications to the Razer Phone? It's not in the device list.

For the record everything appears to be working for me. I'm getting the widget on my launcher, notifications are appearing on the charge 2, the Android app customizes the menus.

Hello there @mckaysalisbury, good to see you one more time in the Fitbit Community! regarding your question the most important is to make sure if the model of Razer phone you have is listed as compatible in our List of Supported Devices, like you did already.

With non-compatible devices the difference is in some occasions, features like notifications may not work as is expected with compatible phones. This is because the app is not optimized for the model of phone you have it the connectivity might be intermittent.

Our team is always working to test and add more Android devices to the supported devices list, so keep an eye open for updates and let see what other users have to share about this.

See you later and let me know if you have more questions.

For what it's worth, the Razer phone has worked remarkably well with my Fitbit. I never have any annoyances. By comparison, my wife has an Asus phone, and she has trouble syncing to her Fitbit sometimes.

Hi,

Quick question about how up to date your list is? I am currently looking into buying a new phone. It's either the Huawei P20 Pro, The Honor View 20 or the Xiaomi M9. Any of these already on the list?

Thanks in advance,

Marko
