Re: Add device to Fitbit account

I have gone to my Dashboard to add a new device (Charge HR) to my account, but there is no "Account" button in the lower right hand corner of the dashboard?  I have looked all over and can't seem to find it so I can add the new device. Smiley Frustrated

Hey you @greengirl912, welcome to the Community Smiley Very Happy! I've moved your post to the Android board since it seems that you have an Android instead of the iOS, and of course the instructions you saw before were for iOS.

 

Try adding your new buddy on your phone by doing the following:

 

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner.
  2. Tap Devices.
  3. Tap the + icon in the top right corner.
  4. If you're replacing a tracker, tap the tracker you want to replace. If you're setting up a new tracker, tap Add a new Device.
  5. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
