Im am so sixk of the blaze not suncing i had issues and did what was suggested a few months ago now ive done an update and now its not working again if this continues i will look at changing and ive been woth fitbit since the one come out
Best AnswerI'm not sure if you updated the app or the tracker, but if an update causes a failure to sync, the a restart of the device that was updated is needef.
Also if that doesn't work, remove the tracker from the phones BT settings.. Do not remove it from the app
