This is what I mean. 5 out 14 hours. But I got 14 out of 14 on my charge 3 tracker.

Hello @nteangl this has been a known issue for a couple of months with both iOS and the Android app. 

 

Tgankbyoubfor showing us that your able to post a screenshot but I've moved your Fitbit App related question out of the Web Browser related help help thread. This is so that we do not hijack that thread.
