Hello @LaurieLL you say that you bought the Inspire today, have you been able to attach it to your Fitbit account?

When you say turned on, is it on the tracker or under the Inspire Settongs, Notification that it is turned on.
When I have notification issues, I usually disable notification under the 3 dots. Then when I re- enabled the app asks me to grant all kinds of permissions
