Hello @SoozT unless a restart of the Blaze has been done, we can not blame the phone yet.
Now if a blaze restart fails then lets
Check for a Fitbit App update
Restart the phone
Kill the Fitbit app. Do this through the phones settings. Swiping of the screen does not kill app.
Clear the phones cache or at least the fitbits cache. Phone settings / Apps / Fitbit / Storage / Clear Cache.
Remove the Blaze from the phones list of trusted devices.
Still not syncing. (as long as you know your login), let's remove the Fitbit app, restart phone and install a fresh copy of the Fitbit app.
I would try to sync after each step above whichever step works then this is the step to try first next time.
