When I go to exercise mode and select elliptical, my pace still shows as 0.00 every time. Any thoughts as to why?

Hi @Sura85,

I've moved your post to the Android forum to help keep the Community organized.

For clarification, did you manually log elliptical, use the Surge exercise shortcut for elliptical, or use SmartTrack to automatically detect your workout?

Also, I'd recommend updating to Android app version 2.17 if you haven't already. Click here to be redirected to the Google Play Store.

Hi @DerrickS! I used the Surge exercise shortcut for the elliptical. I have app version 2.16 installed, but I'm not getting an update option when I go to the play store. I will keep checking.
