I need assistance with connecting with my Moto phone . I haven't b en using my Fitbit Alta since having to get a different phone.

Hello @Lesliecarol if your Alta is still connected to your Fitbit Account. 

On your phone go-to http://fitbit.com/setup you will be directed to the play store.

Install the Fitbit app, log into your Fitbit account. 

You will be asked to accept some permissions and then the tracker should sync. 

 

A Fitbit tracker gets setup to the users account, not the users phone. The Fitbit app sets the tracker up to the phone.
