Same here--since update, the app basically does not work.  Very frustrating to not be able to track activity easily--need to constantly sync in order to see current steps, minutes, calories, etc  Is this bug going to be fixed, Fitbit??

They sent me a long list of things to try but no luck other than maybe getting it to sync once. The only thing that works is plugging it into a computer and restarting the tracker every time I want to sync. They did reply after I said nothing worked and said they are working on it. I'm wondering if it's all trackers or just the One but it's very frustrating to sync less than once a day!
