I have a Samsung S7 using the Message+ app on Android 8.0. I receive single text message notifications just fine. But if the same person sends me two text messages, I only ever see the first one.

 

Do Not Disturb is Off

Sleep Mode is Off

 

I previously used a FitBit Blaze, which is still a registered device in the FitBit app, but has been shutdown.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that the notifications feature is working in such way. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? 

 

In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to check: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to see that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Fitbit are correctly configured and to try some troubleshooting steps.

I have had my Versa 2 for 6 days, and every time I have received multiple
texts from one person, it has only shown me the first one. If I get one,
read it, then get another, it works. The problem is if I get a 2nd or 3rd
text before reading the first one.

I will try force quitting the FitBit app and restarting the watch to see if
that helps.
